We are enjoying creating new walk guidance for all 15 sections of the Green Chain Walk. We are on track to publish before the end of March once have had all the files checked by our partners at TfL.
The Green Chain is well worth exploring not just for its parks and open spaces but also for ancient woodland rich in wild flowers, historic monuments and spectacular views.
There are some unexpected surprises too, such as ‘The Lady of the Woods’ carving pictured here.
