We're delighted that our volunteers have been able to get four more new posts installed on the London Loop from the supplies funded by the LDWA london Group, SOuth Bank Ramblers and Inner London Ramblers. Installing new posts sounds like quite a simple thing, but it requires permissions, tools, know-how, transport and all the rest - so nothing is ever straight-forward. The posts were installed at the end of April with the help of the ranger and volunteers at Crofton Woods and at Darrick Woods, both on Section 3 of the London Loop.
As ever, thanks to everyone volunteering on our London Loop (and Capital Ring and Green Chain Walk) project, and to the funders who helped us to buy these posts. And if anyone else would like to get involved in the project, please do get in touch .
